Return Process
1. Request a Return:

• Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
2. Shipping Your Return:
• Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
• Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
1. Processing Time:
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
2. Partial Refunds:
• Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at divinesoul.life@icloud.com
• The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
